First, WHO wears a skirt A FULL skirt on a very windy rainy day!?!? ME that’s who!! So I was channeling Marilyn Monroe ………. well, at least in my head it was very Marilynish….. in reality it was more……

I often wondered the same thing. Its almost comical to watch a woman walk across a parking lot and trying to maintain her dignity.
